Full time | Starting as soon as possible

You will work closely with the engineering manager to ensure that bugs tied to products developed by Artomatix are identified and fixed. To do so, you will mandate appropriate tests and refactor them to ensure that code coverage is close to 100% and that bugs that have been fixed cannot be reproduced. Along with this objective to significantly improve test coverage percentages, the purpose of this role is to find unverified sections of our code and work across the product and development team to accurately communicate necessary fixes and issues raised within the Artomatix code base.

  • Ensure that all bugs in project are effectively and clearly documented with reproduction steps and environmental conditions;
  • Monitor customer support channels and assist support staff in communicating advice / status updates / timelines  to customers;
  • Assist engineering manager to develop testing / QA strategy before, during and after the software development process;
  • Verify developer created tests and ensure they are coherent and sensible and giving clear and consistent feedback when they are not;
  • Ensure that all test cases are appropriately covered with automated tests;
  • 7-10+ years experience in a similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other relevant degree;
  • Problem-solving mindset;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Jenkins and/or Maven;
  • Available to work in Ireland;
  • Experience with .NET;
  • Experience with NUnit;
  • Experience working in Windows product development for end users;
  • ISTB certification;
